Book on WhatsApp
How do I book, how long is the wait, and can I be seen at short notice?
You can book by phone on +852 2526 2383, through the clinic website, or on WhatsApp. Weekend slots fill quickly, so it helps to book ahead. If you have an urgent concern, contact the clinic directly and the team will advise on the earliest available time.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring photo ID (HKID card or passport). If you have any past dental records or X-rays, bring them along, and note any medications you currently take and any drug allergies. If you plan to claim from your own insurer afterwards, keep your receipt details on hand.
What dental services does the clinic offer?
The clinic offers a full range of dental care, including check-ups, scaling and fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment (with surgical microscope), dental implants and All-on-4, Invisalign and orthodontics, veneers and cosmetic work, wisdom-tooth surgery, dentures and gum treatment.
Do you accept Health Care Vouchers?
Yes. The clinic accepts Hong Kong Health Care Vouchers. Ask the clinic when you book or arrive about eligible treatments and how to use them.
How much does a dental visit in Central cost, and how can I compare clinics?
Private dentists in Hong Kong set their own fees. As a reference, the Prince Philip Dental Hospital fee schedule lists an examination or consultation at HK$600–2,500, with treatment charged separately; these are reference fees, not our clinic’s actual fees. Your fee is confirmed after examination and diagnosis. When comparing clinics, ask each one to list the consultation, X-ray and treatment fees. Fee reference
How can I check that a dentist is registered or a specialist?
Every practising dentist in Hong Kong must be registered with the Dental Council of Hong Kong, and specialists are listed on a separate Specialist Register. You can search both on the Dental Council registers. Each dentist’s qualifications and languages are listed on our dentists and hygienists page.
