Diestel Dental Group (“the Group”, “we”) operates this website, diesteldentalgroup.com, for its five dental clinics in Hong Kong. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Appointments and confirmation
This website does not take bookings itself. Appointments are made directly with one of our clinics by WhatsApp, by phone or through the clinic’s own website. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic’s staff confirm it with you. A clinic may need to reschedule an appointment because of clinical urgency or a dentist’s availability.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give the clinic at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. All five clinics follow the same policy: a late cancellation fee or a no-show fee may be charged for appointments cancelled without enough notice, or for repeated missed appointments.
Contacting you
When you contact a clinic by WhatsApp, phone, email or SMS, you agree that the clinic may reply and contact you through these channels about your appointments, follow-up care and recall reminders. Please make sure the contact details you give are accurate and up to date.
Your medical information
Safe dental care depends on accurate information. Please give the clinic a complete and truthful medical history, including your medical conditions, medicines and allergies. The clinics and their dentists are not responsible for complications that result from information that was not disclosed.
Fees shown on this website
Any fees or price ranges on this website come from public references such as the Prince Philip Dental Hospital fee schedule and are for general reference only. They are not a quote from any of our clinics. The actual fee is set by the dentist after an examination and depends on your individual treatment needs.
